Meet Yuzu
Certified Life Coach, Professional Organizer & ADHD Specialist
Hi, I’m Yuzu Sasaki Byrne, a certified life and productivity coach, professional organizer, and owner of NEATOPIA Coaching and Organizing Services. I’m also a wife and mom to two incredible young adults, one of whom has ADHD—a journey that profoundly shaped the work I do today.

From Corporate Life to Coaching Transformation. For over 20 years, I worked in corporate HR, helping leaders solve complex challenges, navigate change, and align strategies with their goals. My role demanded long hours, sleepless nights, and constant juggling of career and family life. Like many professional women, I took on the lion’s share of household responsibilities—cooking, grocery shopping, planning family events, and managing bills—on top of a packed schedule.

Parenting a child with ADHD brought its unique challenges. Managing emotional outbursts, navigating behavioral struggles, and advocating for his needs taught me resilience but often left me drained. I realized that despite my best efforts, I was running on empty and needed to change.

In 2013, I left my corporate career to prioritize my family, launching NEATOPIA the following year. What began as a professional organizing business has since evolved into a mission-driven coaching practice designed to empower individuals to overcome life’s messes—both physical and mental—and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Why Coaching?
As a Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®) and ADHD-trained coach, I’ve worked with clients facing chronic disorganization, anxiety, and other brain-based challenges. Through these experiences—and my own parenting journey—I discovered that true transformation isn’t just about tidying up or completing to-do lists. It’s about shifting mindsets, breaking unhelpful patterns, and finding solutions tailored to your unique life.
I believe in coaching partnerships that bring out the best in clients by leveraging their strengths, insights, and potential. Coaching is about helping you see possibilities and empowering you to work toward them. My role is to help you identify what’s holding you back, develop practical strategies, and take consistent steps toward the life you want. Whether you’re managing a demanding career, balancing home life, or striving to regain control of your time and space, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
