What is Accountability Coaching for ADHD Individuals?
Our weekly accountability group coaching is designed specifically for individuals with ADHD, providing a supportive and structured environment to help you succeed. Our program offers structured support through virtual organizing sessions, which utilize technology to keep you on track. Whether you need help with time management, task prioritization, or goal-setting, our sessions are tailored to address your specific needs. Each participant receives personalized project planning, ensuring that your unique challenges are met with effective strategies.
I will help provide you with the tools and techniques necessary to develop new habits, overcome obstacles, and maintain organization in your daily life. The guidance you receive is based on proven methods and designed to foster lasting change.
