How Does a Coach Help with ADHD?

The heart of the AD/HD coaching is the aim to help clients to self-initiate change in their daily lives.

Live calmer and purposely while still using your creativity and energy to accomplish your goals. Strengthen your ability to manage the pragmatic aspects of life.

Improving

Develop conscious awareness of the client’s strengths and challenges.  Leveraging that awareness, to creating systems and strategies tailored to the client’s needs. 

Managing

 

Working with you to articulate your goals and co-create a path to success. We will be that someone to hold you accountable and guide you to be more productive and organized.

Step 1:  Discovery 

During the phone consultation, you share your challenges with me, and together we will figure out the next course of action. 

If you prefer, you can contact me via email or phone with all your questions, doubts, fears, or even negative experiences in the past.  I will respond to your questions promptly. 

Step 2:  Assessment

Building a trusting partnership is one of the most essential components of coaching.  Whether it be in person or remote, I will take the utmost care in supporting you to uncover the right path for you. We will discuss your goals and where we will work together creating a SMART goal.

Getting Started

Coaching starts with an inventory of where you are now and where you want to go. The first coaching session is typically an in-depth, 45-minute meeting to allow clients to reflect on their satisfaction in all areas of life and to develop clear, long-term goals to guide future coaching sessions.
